TEAM V Wins 7th Straight

Visualeyes kicked off the new year with their 7th consecutive victory with a win over Porter's Pub on January 5th. Matt Baudo played stellar once again, earning his second straight win between the pipes for Team V and also contributed with some offense.

"SPEED KILLS"
After giving up a one goal lead with just seconds remaining in the second period, Visualeyes found themselves tied 4-4, with one period left to play. One minute into the final frame, Visualeyes' net-minder, Baudo made a quick stop on a Porter's Pub dump in on net, passed the puck up to the speedy winger Matthew Mesi. Mesi flashed down the left wing and found Michael A. Denz for Team V's fifth and game winning tally of the evening.

Visualeyes went on to score two more in the third, to increase their margin of victory by three. Both Michael Denz and Matthew Mesi scored twice, while EMHL leading scorer, Eric Schottke, Team V enforcer, Maxwell Bonito, and rookie standout Adam Bellows netted goals.

Andrew Valint  summed up the past month or two in his post game interview. "Great teams beat the teams they should and that's what Team V has done the past 7 games. I know we are all looking forward to the challenge of bigger and better games but lets just relax and relish our DOMINATION of the B league."
Visualeyes' 7-4 win over Porter's Pub was their seventh straight victory improved their record to 11-3-1, good enough for 1st place in the Classic Division.
