DUE TO THE NUMEROUS RUMORS SWIRLING AROUND WESTERN NEW YORK TODAY, TEAM VISUALEYES OWNER, D.J. LEBERER HAS MADE THIS STATEMENT:
"Team Visualeyes is NOT FOR SALE and reported offers from Lens Crafters are completley false. I am committed to and will continue to strive towards bringing home another EMHL title this year."
Under the current ownership, Team V has flourished, last winning the EMHL in 2008-2009 and has drawn plenty of attention in hockey circles throughout the area. Forward Dan Brown had this to say after a 6:30am skate at Pepsi Center this morning, "It's been a tough day hearing people talk of these rumors. However, as a rookie I have learned quickly that the EMHL is a business."
