BLOWN AWAY

For the 4th straight game, Team Visualeyes' struggle on the ice continued. Elmwood Cozumel blew away Team V Wednesday night, 11-4 in front of zero fans @ Buffalo State Arena.

DOWN AND OUT
Visualeyes falls to 4-2-2 on the season and is looking for anything to stop the bleeding. From defense, to offense to goal-tending, nothing went right for Visualeyes against Cozumel, who overpowered Visualeyes 5-1 in the first period alone. Visualeyes' lone first period goal came off of a perfectly drawn up face-off play where Matt Mesi (Orchard Park) won the draw back to Player/Coach/GM/Equipment Manager, Drew Leberer (North Tonawanda), and Leberer ripped a quick slap-shot past the hated Cozumel goaltender, Dave Reed.

Bob Simpson-Corigliano (Tonawanda) added two and T.J. Cooper (Hamburg) also found the back of the twine, finishing off the scoring for Visualeyes in the disappointing effort.

"It was tough to focus after being threatened by the EMHL commissioner before the game" said forward Steven Browne (Kenmore).

Visualeyes will try and snap the losing streak Tuesday against Third Street Tap Room at 9:50pm.
